Guided turkey hunting trips in Texas during the opening weekend. With 3 hunters cancelling their trips for opening weekend, one hunter drove all the way from Wisconsin and bagged 3 birds. Here is bird #1. A down year for long beards but a unbelievable year for young jakes which are absolutely everywhere right now here in the Texas Hill Country.
